Monday, March 16th, club leadership and a several members (those who attended the last meeting) met to establish a plan for the health and safety of our members in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. You, our members, are our top priority. Several options were discussed but we believe, out of an abundance of caution, that it is in our member’s best interest to cancel our meetings through March 31, 2020, or until otherwise notified. Our leadership will continue to monitor the progression of the virus and stay in contact with membership should any further actions be required.
For those members concerned with maintaining perfect attendance, these next weeks will not be counted towards perfect attendance requirements and no make-up is necessary.
Board members met Thursday via an internet conference and are discussing other issues of the club including dues.
