On Monday, March 9, The Rotary Club of Sandy Springs will be welcoming Michael Link as its guest speaker. Michael is the Director of Community Relations for the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). In this capacity, Mike is responsible for connecting with community groups to talk about DBHDD services, and to hear what services are working well and areas of improvement needed. Prior to this position, Mike oversaw all of the state's regional office operations and staff.
Mike has been in the healthcare field for thirty-five years with half of that time spent as a practitioner and the other half as a healthcare administrator. He has worked for DBHDD for 9 years and enjoys helping to make a difference. Mike has lived and worked in three states: Ohio, Pennsylvania and Georgia. He resides in Peachtree City, Ga with his wife Joyce.
