Pickleball Fundraiser

This is be our club's big fundraiser for FY 2022-2023. For the most part, our club hasn't done a significant fundraiser for the past two years primarily due to COVID. The Sandy Springs Tennis Center is allowing us to use all six of their Pickleball courts for four hours at no cost which is a cost savings of at least $600. The event will take place on 4/14/23 with a rain date of 2/21/23. We'll have use of the courts from 2:30-6:30. We'll have two flights of players based on their skill level. We are seeking sponsors, see one of the attached pictures. We anticipate 80 players each paying $75. We're providing awards for the highest and second highest male and female player in each flight. Vision To Learn is our Sponsored Charity. A portion of the net proceeds will be allocated to Vision To Learn. There will be a significant amount of Rotary branding at this event.
