A law enforcement leader with 25 years of experience. Demonstrates a high degree of integrity; possesses a thorough knowledge of police methods and practices; follows a disciplined approach to determine courses of action; exercises command under challenging situations; and has established a rapport with the public to build effective, working relationships.
