On Monday, September 19, 2016, Heather Terry, Communications Director, North Fulton Senior Services, spoke to the Rotary Club of Sandy Springs. There are many services provided to seniors in the North Fulton area; including, Meals on Wheels and transportation assistance. And they need volunteers, even if for only one day per month. The annual Heritage Sandy Springs Festival was held September 17-18, 2016 in Sandy Springs. Rotary Club of Sandy Springs members were involved in many facets of the event. While rain forced an early afternoon closing, there was much fun and activity over the weekend. Also participating was Taser, the Wire Haired Fox Terrier who sported End Polio Now stickers.
